@l3x Oliv3r  – “Ch1ps” [New Music]

@l3x Oliv3r delivers his new single on all digital platforms

@l3x Oliv3r is no stranger to darkness. Growing up in the crime-ridden town of Macon, Georgia, about an hour outside of Atlanta, the most he saw anyone achieve was a life sentence in a dead-end job. That was never enough for @l3x, he was always dreaming of the world beyond.

One day in his youth, @l3x discovered the video for ‘My Band’ by D12. He was mesmerized by their hilarious antics, the bravado of the music, and of course, the girls. The possibility of creating a living by having fun, doing crazy things, and making music set him on fire. Artists seemed to have the ultimate freedom, and he knew he could have it too. He began breathing to the rhythm of Eminem, absorbing the genius production of Kanye West, and embodying the day-to-day sentiments of trials and tribulations from his favorite rock bands. He found constant inspiration in the rapper DZK, whose prolific underground catalog got millions of listens. DZK’s genre-bending aesthetic and devotion to the darker side of life mirrored @l3x’s and showed him how to carve his path.

@l3x moved to Atlanta for college right after high school and started hustling by playing dozens and dozens of shows and handing out his music to anyone that would listen. He networked tirelessly, joined student organizations, and even became a member of several music-oriented university organizations. He poured the contents of his soul into his music and built up a following. When the university’s event board was looking for opening acts for Rick Ross, @l3x mentioned his music and everyone immediately chose him for an opening slot. But Rick Ross suffered a stroke before the show and canceled. Shortly afterward, @l3x got the opportunity to open up for Big Boi during a festival and that show was rained out.

@l3x Oliv3r

@l3x had been excited to play with these two icons and the disappointment shook him to his core. He felt like the universe itself was against him. Haters called his music evil, vile, and demonic. Other Atlanta rappers that he admired quit the game and his courses needed more attention. He couldn’t break through, so he decided to take a break. After graduation, @l3x threw himself into a career in finance. He began working an intense schedule that started at 9 am and ended somewhere between 2 and 5 am. This grueling schedule continued for two and a half years until @l3x began missing how connected and free he felt when he was making music. He took an easier job and got to work on Faust I, a tape he’s wrapping and plans to release in the coming months.

Whatever your mood is, @l3x will amplify it and be with you through it all. He combines the complex lyrical maneuvers of Tech N9ne with an intoxicating flow that’s reminiscent of Migos. The production style is dark, diverse, and futuristic and reminds one of the stylings of Kid Cudi or Travis Scott, but @l3x tackles subjects that aren’t typically explored in rap. Sure, he drinks too much, engages with too many promiscuous women, and smokes more hookah than any mortal should, but in the next breath, he’s quoting H.H. Holmes and digging into ideas of depression, insecurity, self-loathing, and abandonment. @l3x is unabashedly pessimistic. He weaves a loner’s narrative through enchanting choruses, a multi-syllabic rhyming style, and witty punchlines. His music is hot, smoky, and reckless. @l3x turns off the lights and invites you to sit in the dark with him and makes you want to.

Welcome to the next enigma of Hip-Hop music. Get ready to go so deep into hell that you’ll forget to care about heaven, and to get so high that you’ll forget hell ever existed. His music is hot, smoky, and reckless. It’s a quick overindulgence with someone you can’t keep your eyes off of. His rhymes are written on the small of your back, and they leave scars. It’s not for the timid, but for those that have smelled the devil’s breath and lived to tell the tale, it’s nothing short of magic. Mr. Trafficante has songs ready to fit onto your favorite playlist

Mr. Trafficante has a unique connection to music, poetry, and rap. His father and grandmother both enjoyed writing poetry. After the family influence, thanks to those poetry classes in school that enticed Mr. Traficante to write songs. Mr. Traficante, like his father and grandmother, enjoyed writing to express themselves. Trafficante would take his favorite songs, change the lyrics, and create his remixes from a young age. He eventually began composing his songs. With his love and passion for music, he began freestyling with friends, followed by shows and battle raps.

Mr. Traficante has come from humble origins. He considers himself a dark horse. At first, he used to hate that, but now he loves it because it continues to drive him forward. Mr. Traficante experiments with many tunes and plays with a variety of genres. For him, music is motivation. When he had the right beat stunned the brain cells, it provided him the fuel to push aside everything, keep going, and head towards the goal. It seems that Mr. Traficante has got mutual thoughts:

Mr.Traficante

“I love when music associates itself with an experience you had, and the music can bring that feeling back out in you when you hear it.”

Creating songs is heavily influenced by what is happening around them or the creator’s feelings. It could take 5 minutes for a piece to come to life or five months of experimenting. It’s all about when the beat clicks inside of you. Trafficante was always a big music fan. Music provides various energies. Mr. Traficantes’ music is driven by desire and determination. He channels through music and uses it to express himself. Trafficante’s music has aggressive elements that can motivate someone to go hard. However, he has music that provides positive vibes, setting the mood for a good timer and calming one’s nerves. He is an all-rounder.

Mr. Trafficante’s music has received several hundred thousand views across all platforms. He has multiple record deals with various tracks. He has performed in a few prestigious venues. His music was played on Hot 97, a significant hip-hop radio station on the east coast that broadcasts in cities such as New York and New Jersey. Trafficante wishes to grow and learn through his music. He envisioned sold-out arenas and his face on billboards and plaques, but those aren’t the only things he strives for. He wants to help many people around him through his music. He’d like to provide an opportunity to motivate and help people get to a better place.

[NEW MUSIC] WLLY & MNA – “Black Chevy” | (@WLLYWLLYWLLY)

WLLY & MNA Release Their New Single “Black Chevy”

WLLY & MNA have released “Black Chevy” a club/dance song that exudes style, sex appeal, and confidence. It promotes the long-standing tradition of hopping in the car, going to the club, popping champagne, and enjoying the fruits of one’s labor. Though the two have been long-time friends of ten years, they both focus primarily on their own tracks and careers as they are in separate and very distinct genres. WLLY is an emo-trap artist, and MNA is a hip-hop and electronic music artist. But every now and again, the two have shown to demonstrate how well they work together. In 2020, they released “Lost Track of Time” a song about suicide, mental health, and redemption. In 2021, the pair released “Wasn’t Always Easy” which reached 78,000 plays on SoundCloud to date. WLLY & MNA’s “Black Chevy” is a fun song that aims to encourage its listener dance and have a fun time.

WLLY & MNA

MNA – Raised in the small town of Olney, Maryland MNA (Matthew Nino Azcuy) watched and listened to all the greatest rappers and musicians during the 1990s and early 2000s. During this golden age of music and music videos, Azcuy was inspired by both rappers and rock groups alike, and when he was sixteen years old decided to make his own music. After years of finding his sound, he teamed up with local producer Nemo, to make his album “Diamond Dog”. Matthew Nino Azcuy is also a published book author, avid writer, and professional movie actor.

WLLY & MNA

WLLY – is an independent and underground artist based out of Washington DC. WLLY connects with his fans and audience through his reflective lyrics and versatile style of music, blending various genres such as hip-hop, alternative rock, and pop. Through a steady release of music videos and singles, WLLY is starting to make a name for himself in the Emo trap genre.

The fusion of MNA and WLLY’s different sounds work quite well for the sometimes-collaborating duo, and we hope they come together for more tracks in the future.

Headkrack (@headkrack) – “Violence”

HEADKRACK RELEASES NEW MUSIC VIDEO “VIOLENCE”

Ever watch someone destroy themselves? The show could come across to some as either a campy 70s horror flick or art…maybe both. One thing is for certain. Watching and listening to Headkrack destroy his inner demon is a bit disturbing, entertaining, and thought-provoking.

VIOLENCE directed by Kansas Bowling is dingy, ominous and something we’ve all been through. While we all don’t have the creative muscles and lyrics showcased in this imagined tribute to self-destruction we can relate to. “The problem is him,” Krack rhymes. “I’m a m’fn problem.” This is not a sad journey by any means. He even chooses to do it with a smile. Cinematically, VIOLENCE is crazy fun to watch as you dissect the clever word-play line by the ‘what the F am I watchin?!’ line.

Bass thumps as a skittering beat doubles back and forth. Over this backdrop, HeadKrack declares, “Woke up today and chose violence, came here to kills this shit while I’m smiling”

headkrack
dkrack

“Sometimes, you will be smiling, and other times, you will be smiling because you have a knife in your pocket,” he muses. “It’s the same smile. Some people smile because they’re crazy. Other people smile because they’re enthusiastic about what they’re doing throughout the day. It took me going on spiritual journeys to learn more about the universe and, at the same time, myself. I’m truly dialed into not only what makes me work, but the nature of what makes a lot of the world work. I have a better understanding of people,” explains Headkrack.

This video is an offering off of his upcoming project called MikroDose and lyrically addresses the need to reset and re-engage. Wildly imaginative projects have never been a problem for Headkrack the ultra-professional wordsmith, MC, Radio / TV Personality, and Professional Boxer among other things. The song itself is produced by: Higgy Beats while the video was shot, edited, and directed by Kansas Bowling. This is your day to kill those inner demons and be inspir-tained (yeah we just made that word up). Wake up and choose VIOLENCE

Manii Ling was born and raised in Crown Heights – Brooklyn, NY. At seven years old, she discovered her passion for music in 2007, and it continues to grow. Her musical influences include Drake, Mariah Carey, and Rihanna. Rihanna has always been a big influence on Manii because of her Barbadian roots. Manii has elevated over the years, going through many trials and errors with her music. She has always been very family-oriented and prides herself on her loyalty to those around her.

In 2014, Manii came up with the name “Racks On Demand” (ROD) for her and her friends whom she would regularly write songs with. She also coined the term “Srapper” which is what she refers to herself because she sings and raps on most of her songs.

As of 2022, Manii became a solo artist and entered the female Drill rap scene in NYC, with many coining her the new “Queen of Drill.” With new additions to her “ROD” team and a few subtractions, she hopes to be the breakout artist they need right now to elevate their careers. Musy Da Don – “Put It Down” ft. Cari Christmas [Music]

Musy Da Don teams up with Cari Christmas on his Latest Single, “Put It Down”

The most important thing is you must put everybody on notice that you’re here and you are for real. Although the late Kobe Bryant said this, Musy Da Don has consistently done this throughout his career. Musy Da Don is a rapper and producer from Tacoma, WA with ties to Washington D.C. and Brooklyn, NY. This half Trinidadian half-American artist has been making music for over ten years. Recently, Musy took a leap of faith to pursue it as a career.

When it comes to his craft, Musy Da Don is in a league of his own. Fans often can’t pinpoint an artist that sounds familiar. According to him, his different style comes from his life experiences and incorporating things he has learned from the many places he visited.

MUSY DA DON

According to Rebecca Cullen – a writer for Stereo Stickman – “Musy Da Don has a refreshing, softly motivational take on the 2022 Hip-Hop sound. An infectious pop hit with a simple, looping hook that lingers indefinitely. Musy Da Don has a sound of his own.” “On Me” is the single she’s referring to and is now available on all streaming platforms. Day Parkay – “Gunz & Buttuh” Ft. Cory Gunz (Official Video)

Day Parkay teams up with Cory Gunz for the visual “Gunz & Buttah”

“Day Parkay,” the name smoothly rolls off the tongue and is just as powerful as the man behind it. So, when you hear the name, see the man, and experience the music, you have no choice but to recognize this fact: you’ve just encountered the most real of the real!

DAY PARKAY

Born in the incomparable Bronx, NY to Nigerian parents, David Mofunanya had his share of black culture and loved everything about it – especially the music. Making it to play basketball in college, David faced that day with being kicked off the team. Basketball and music had been his life. With that said, two of the most important factors of his life are taken away. Then depression decides to come in and attempt to take its place. But instead of welcoming the depression, Day Parkay tried hard to fight it. So much so that he ran to music, which consoled his mind and boosted his self-esteem. And from this, his first mix tape, “Hoop Dreams Deflated,” was birthed and became available on DatPiff.com – a well-known site for mix tapes and learning more about up-and-coming artists in the Hip Hop community.

Upon release, the love from his city was unexplainable, and that was the official birthing of Day Parkay and his music career. You can check out videos of this lyrical mastermind on YouTube. If you’re ready to ride with him, look him up on DatPiff and choose your favorite song from either mix tape. No matter what you choose, you can’t and won’t go wrong. Just remember the name and the music. Follow Day Parkay on all social media platforms to stay updated with show dates and more!

Mac & A.K. – “King of the Grind” |@mac_and_ak (MUSIC)

Mac & A.K. delivers their latest single “King of the Grind” on major platforms

Mac & A.K.’s first release of the year was “Gasoline“, which was well-received and is currently at 98,861 streams on Spotify.  The newest single is “King of the Grind” and thus far has accumulated over 27,000 Spotify streams. It is the followup to their previous collaboration  Don’t Play With ME” featuring King Cydal and Money $ Mont AKA Mr. Fetti. The single continues to make a lot of noise with over 249,000 streams on Spotify alone. Both singles will appear on the up-and-coming album “Only The Strong Survive.” The album will feature notable artists like Planet Asia, King Cydal, JT The Bigga Figga, M-Dash, Da Hoodstarz, and many more.

Mac & A.K.

Mac & A.K. is a group consisting of fraternal twin brothers Eric “Mac Pacino” Gordon and Keith “A.K.” Gordon, hailing from East Palo Alto California in the San Francisco Bay Area. The two honed their craft under the backdrop of living in East Palo Alto, which in 1992 was the murder capital of the United States. Eric “Mac Pacino” first started in a group called Black Jack, which released their acclaimed album “Streets 2 Da Grave” on Ichiban records. Mac Pacino decided to leave the group and formed Mac & A.K. with his brother. The group would go on to sign with Tommy Boy Records based in New York, which at the time was a powerhouse in the hip hop scene with acts like Coolio, De La Soul, Naughty By Nature, and House of Pain.

While on Tommy Boy Records, Mac & A.K. released their first EP “Westbound: For Riders” only on their imprint Streetlife Records. The 7 song EP was well-received and they also received a gold plaque for their song “Way 2 Saucy” featuring Mac Mall also from the Bay Area. Unfortunately, things did not work out at Tommy Boy and the group asked to be let out of their contract. The group formed E&K Music Group and released “Money Rhymes” as their first release. That single featured heavyweights like E-40, Mac Mall, Above The Law, and local legends like Chunk and Neva Legal. The second release was “Hustle Music,” which features The Game, Young Noble from the Outlaws, Chunk, Sean T, and other Bay Area Legends. The album was legendary and notably with high regard. Unfortunately, Mac died in 2013, and A.K. is single-handedly running the record label and releasing projects with E & K Music Group. [NEW MUSIC] LIL 40 (@Krugermanlil40) X MOOSKIE 200(@MOOSKIE200) – “ATTACK”

Lil 40 and Mooskie 200 – Outstanding Members Artists releases their Debut Single, “Attack” on all Music Platforms

Once again, Outstanding Members’ Artists Lil 40 and Mooskie 200 team up to bring you their single “Attack.” As you may know, rap artists from Chicago deliver clear messages in their music. The message in “Attack” is quite clear and skillfully produced by Loot G. The drill song is about attacking the competition and is reminding them to steer clear of the inevitable. The single was released today on all digital music streaming platforms.

LIL 40 KRUGERMAN

Lil 40 Krugerman is one of Chicago’s finest rising stars coming into his own musically, achieving infamy and success in an unorthodox way — by signing to Outstanding Members Records. He began rapping at an early age with his late brother. What started off as a mere child’s play developed into a serious musical journey that became a career.  Beginning in the rap game as a “40”, he eventually added “Lil” as a tribute to distinguish himself and his stature to stand apart from the rest. Fiercely independent and raising hell, he’s found his niche with his hardcore fans with chart-topping collaborations with fellow labelmates Baby Goat, Mooskie 200, and BCG Lil Fame. He’s also into producing, learning, and honing his craft over new beats coming soon in 2022.

Lil 40 Krugerman is an artist of tomorrow and today. Words, sounds, ambiance, vision, and scripture keep him at the moment, in the relevance of his generation as he moves forward as an O.S.M Recording artist. His lyrics are not politically correct.  His truth is often accused of being a lie.  The words Lil 40 Krugerman spits on the mic are in the moment, in the right now, and will be decades from now when his tracks are classics.

MOOSKIE 200

Mooskie 200 has been surrounded by music his entire life. His father was a rapper and music producer who formed several acclaimed recording groups and record labels and would rehearse at home with other local rappers and producers from around the Chicagoland area.

As a young boy, Mooskie 200 was fascinated with these artists and would visit with them while they rehearsed.  His father introduced him to classic hip-hop and R&B, filling the house with everything from Motown to Def Jam.  Mooskie 200 had his second musical awakening when he discovered early 90s Gangster Rap. His musical inspiration comes from artists like NWA, Ice-T, MC Eiht and Compton’s Most Wanted, 2Pac, Notorious B.I.G., DMX, and others.

The labelmates have brought other singles like “Shake Sum.” Stay tuned for Lil 40 and Mooskie’s “Attack” video coming soon! Also, be sure to connect with Lil 40 Kruegerman and Mooskie 200 on all social media and digital music platforms.

Quon delivers the visual to his latest single “Ain’t A Boss”

Born in Louisiana and raised in Arizona and Texas, Dequon Stovall, also known by his stage name Quon is a Texas-bred songwriter and artist with a gift of flow. Having a career in the music industry is a dream fulfillment he has nurtured since childhood. He began expressing interest in music at a very young age by admiring other artists and composing songs.

Quon

Working professionally in the industry over the years has allowed Quon to develop a large wealth of experience in different facets and has established him as a knowledgeable, competitive, and high-performing artist and songwriter. He has worked with influential artists such as E-40, Paul Wall, Lil Keke, and Kidd Kidd. He has also shared the stage and opened up shows for other big acts such as Nelly, Mystikal, and many others. Some of his top singles include “Fans”, “Lose Control” and his latest single making waves “Ain’t A Boss”. A tragic loss in his career was losing Pimp C as they were making plans to record a track before he passed, but that didn’t stop Quon from achieving his goals.

Although he has never envisioned himself as a role model, he stands behind his passion for helping other aspiring artists like himself avoid a lot of what he has gone through in the industry. Quon’s goal isn’t to be a mega artist, but to develop a loyal fan base that loves his music for years to come.
