Chicago rapper 3M Djayy has shared a new album called GOING DARK, produced by Brav06. Across 9 tracks, the eclectic project brings in engaging sounds that draw from Chicago hip-hop stylings, as well as Detroit hip-hop and cloud rap. On GOING DARK, Brav06 lays down a series of atmospheric, silky instrumentals that are frequently emotive and layered, as 3M Djayy himself presents a strong performance that is candidly laid-back and humorous throughout, as he packs his verses with clever and ear-catching lyrics.

The album starts off in a strong manner with “light show”, a euphoric and elegant song that incorporates lush, silky strings laid atop a booming, immersive rhythm section. 3M Djayy delivers dynamic and poised verses with an intriguing sort of detachment, matching the beat’s unhurried, rich sonics. Today’s release is from Internationally known Hip-Hop Duo “3rd Eye Magic” aka C. Young & Charles Hamilton. These two have been influential contributors to the blog era of hip-hop, were both signed to Interscope in the past, were featured on many major publications, MTV, Cannes Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Coachella etc. Individually C.Young and Charles Hamilton did nationwide tours with a range of different styled artists such as Lupe Fiasco, Mickey Avalon, Shwayze, LMFAO, Rita Ora  and many more. 3rd Eye Magic just released a dynamic discography drop containing 8 albums of music. 

After appearing on XM Radio’s Shade 45 on “Sway In The Morning” back in 2016, there was a major anticipation in the air for what 3rd Eye Magic could become. Tevin Satcher (March 23, 1994), known professionally as Trap Teezy (TMTeezy, Trap Money Teezy), is an American trap rapper and songwriter. Trap Teezy is from Central City, Anniston, Alabama.  His hometown’s culture has been a major influence on his rap style and delivery.  He is an original member of Anniston’s trap/rap group CDG.  He has been honing his craft since he was 16.  Trap has been featured on several tracks and live performances with fellow local trap artist and original Sanbox Entertainment (SBE) member, Alejandro Sosa (Dro Sosa).
